The Solana Foundation is expanding its operations to Brazil and investing $10 million in various sectors of the Web3 ecosystem. The company will establish a specialized team in Brazil, known as the "superteam," to develop applications on the Solana blockchain.

Former head of Stirling University's Institute of Aquaculture, Professor Selina Stead, has been appointed as the chief executive of the Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS). Stead, who is currently the executive dean of the Faculty of Environment at the University of Leeds.
